🧾 Ingredients

  • Vegan Greek yogurt: 8.5 fl oz / 250 ml

  • Grated coconut: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.

  • Cocoa powder: 1 oz / 30 gr.


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a container, mix the Greek yogurt and grated coconut until well combined.

  2. Spread the mixture in a parchment-lined mold and freeze for 30 minutes.

  3. In a cup, combine cocoa powder, a splash of water, and sweetener to taste.

  4. Remove the mold from the freezer and spread the cocoa mixture on top.

  5. Freeze for 3 hours.

  6. Let sit for 15 minutes at room temperature before slicing into bars. Keep unused bars in the freezer.
