🧾 Ingredients
Vegan Greek yogurt: 8.5 fl oz / 250 ml
Grated coconut: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Cocoa powder: 1 oz / 30 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a container, mix the Greek yogurt and grated coconut until well combined.
Spread the mixture in a parchment-lined mold and freeze for 30 minutes.
In a cup, combine cocoa powder, a splash of water, and sweetener to taste.
Remove the mold from the freezer and spread the cocoa mixture on top.
Freeze for 3 hours.
Let sit for 15 minutes at room temperature before slicing into bars. Keep unused bars in the freezer.
