Ingredients
1 oz / 20 gr. oat flour
1 oz / 20 gr. almond flour
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
3 gr. baking powder
1 organic egg
Instructions
Dissolve coffee: In 30 mL of boiling water, dissolve the instant coffee.
Mix ingredients: Put all of the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the dissolved coffee and your preferred sweetener. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Cook: Microwave the bowl for one minute.
Cool: Allow it to rest at room temperature.
