☕ Coffee Cake (Microwave Version)

A quick and energizing cake with the bold flavor of coffee — ready in just minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz / 20 gr. oat flour

  • 1 oz / 20 gr. almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

  • 3 gr. baking powder

  • 1 organic egg


Instructions

  1. Dissolve coffee: In 30 mL of boiling water, dissolve the instant coffee.

  2. Mix ingredients: Put all of the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the dissolved coffee and your preferred sweetener. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

  3. Cook: Microwave the bowl for one minute.

  4. Cool: Allow it to rest at room temperature.
