🍅 Tomato Pâte

A savory and umami-rich spread made with dried tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and spices. Perfect for spreading on toast or serving as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 unit dried tomato

  • 1 unit pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 unit olive oil

  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Prep dried tomatoes: Soak the dried tomato in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes to soften.

  2. Blend: Add the pumpkin seeds, garlic powder, paprika, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and the soaked tomato to the hand blender jar. Blend until well combined and smooth.

  3. Chill: Transfer to a covered container and store in the refrigerator.


Great on bruschetta, inside sandwiches, or as a bold dip with veggie sticks! 🌿🥖
