Ingredients
1 unit dried tomato
1 unit pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 unit olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Prep dried tomatoes: Soak the dried tomato in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes to soften.
Blend: Add the pumpkin seeds, garlic powder, paprika, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and the soaked tomato to the hand blender jar. Blend until well combined and smooth.
Chill: Transfer to a covered container and store in the refrigerator.
Great on bruschetta, inside sandwiches, or as a bold dip with veggie sticks! 🌿🥖
