🧾 Ingredients
Sunflower seeds: 10 tablespoons
Nutritional yeast: 2 tablespoons
Flax seeds: 2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Using a blender or, alternatively, an immersion blender, grind the seeds very well until you get a powder.
Mix the result with spices, salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, process again.
Transfer the preparation to a container with a lid, and store it this way.
