Oat flour: 2 oz / 50 gr
Cocoa powder: 5 gr
Protein powder: 10 gr

Combine the protein powder, 1.5 fl oz of water, cocoa powder, and oat flour in a bowl. You can use any kind of sweetener.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into a bun, then roll it into a cylinder.
The cylinder's ends should be folded inward to resemble a palm tree.
Microwave for 20 seconds on each side.
Add some chocolate or nut butter as garnish.
