Air fryer
🧾 Ingredients
Potatoes: 2 units
Vegan parmesan: 2.5 oz / 80 gr.
Cherry tomato: 6 units
Dried basil: 1/2 teaspoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Cut the potatoes lengthwise, in half.
Make diagonal cuts with the knife to each half.
Place in an air fryer, on a plate with a splash of oil and a pinch of salt, at 205° for 12 minutes.
On top of the cooked potatoes add the cheese or mozzarella, sliced cherry tomatoes and basil.
Bake again for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
