🧾 Ingredients

  • Butter: 10 gr.

  • Oat flour: 1 oz / 30 gr.

  • Oatmeal: 20 gr.

  • Rice flour: 20 gr.

  • Egg whites: 20 ml

  • Dairy yogurt: 10 ml


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until a dough forms.

  2. Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to shape, or form into small buns and flatten slightly.

  3. Place on an ovenproof dish or baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 8–10 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
