🧾 Ingredients
Butter: 10 gr.
Oat flour: 1 oz / 30 gr.
Oatmeal: 20 gr.
Rice flour: 20 gr.
Egg whites: 20 ml
Dairy yogurt: 10 ml
👨🍳 Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to shape, or form into small buns and flatten slightly.
Place on an ovenproof dish or baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 8–10 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
