🫘 White Bean Pâte

A smooth and mildly spiced spread made with white beans and cashews. Delicious as a dip, sandwich filling, or creamy base.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked white beans

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1 tablespoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Soften cashews: Place the cashews in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let them soak until cool and soft.

  2. Blend: Drain the cashews and place them in a hand blender jar. Add the white beans, garam masala, ginger powder, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Chill: Transfer the spread to a covered container and refrigerate.


Ideal for pairing with fresh vegetables, wraps, or whole grain crackers! 🥕🍞
