Grated coconut: 3 oz / 80 gr
Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
Chocolate: 5 oz / 150 gr
Protein powder: 2 oz / 60 gr
Chocolate (for coating): 5 oz / 150 gr
👨🍳 Instructions
In a container, combine the protein powder with 60 ml of water and mix until smooth.
Add grated coconut and coconut oil, mixing thoroughly until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into small balls using wet hands and place them on a tray.
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave, using 15-second intervals.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat.
Refrigerate the coated balls for at least 3 hours before serving.
