🧾 Ingredients

  • Grated coconut: 3 oz / 80 gr

  • Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon

  • Chocolate: 5 oz / 150 gr

  • Protein powder: 2 oz / 60 gr

  • Chocolate (for coating): 5 oz / 150 gr


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a container, combine the protein powder with 60 ml of water and mix until smooth.

  2. Add grated coconut and coconut oil, mixing thoroughly until a dough forms.

  3. Shape the dough into small balls using wet hands and place them on a tray.

  4. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave, using 15-second intervals.

  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat.

  6. Refrigerate the coated balls for at least 3 hours before serving.
