Egg whites: 4.5 fl oz / 140 ml
Oat flour: 1 oz / 25 gr.
Onion powder: 3 gr.
Baking powder: 3 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix well using a hand blender.
Microwave on high power for 1 minute.
Remove and stir the mixture lightly.
Microwave again for 3 minutes on medium power.
Remove and let it cool to room temperature.
