🧾 Ingredients
Grated coconut: 1.5 oz / 45 gr
Protein powder: 1 oz / 30 gr
Chocolate: 2 tablespoons
Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, mix the protein powder, grated coconut, and 30 ml of water until combined.
Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a rectangle by folding and tightening the wrap.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Once set, unwrap and cut into bar-shaped pieces.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a microwave or bain-marie, stirring until smooth.
Dip the bars in the melted chocolate and return them to the freezer for 30 minutes.
