🧾 Ingredients

  • Grated coconut: 1.5 oz / 45 gr

  • Protein powder: 1 oz / 30 gr

  • Chocolate: 2 tablespoons

  • Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the protein powder, grated coconut, and 30 ml of water until combined.

  2. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a rectangle by folding and tightening the wrap.

  3. Freeze for 2 hours.

  4. Once set, unwrap and cut into bar-shaped pieces.

  5. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a microwave or bain-marie, stirring until smooth.

  6. Dip the bars in the melted chocolate and return them to the freezer for 30 minutes.
