  • 25 g oat flour (approx. 1 oz)

  • 15 g nut butter (approx. 1/2 oz or 1 tbsp)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 3 g baking powder (approx. 1/2 tsp)

  • 50 ml cow’s milk (or plant-based alternative)


Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a bowl, combine the banana, milk, nut butter, and oat flour using a hand blender or fork until you get a smooth batter. Add sweetener if desired.

  2. Microwave magic: Transfer the mixture to a greased microwave-safe mug or ramekin. You can fold in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried fruit for extra texture and flavor.
