Banana: 1 unit
Protein powder: 1 oz / 30 gr.
Almond flour: 1 oz / 30 gr.
Corn flakes: 1.5 oz / 45 gr.
Organic eggs: 1 unit
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork until smooth.
Add the protein powder, almond flour, corn flakes, egg, and cinnamon. Mix until fully combined.
Spoon the mixture into oven-safe cookie cutters on a baking tray.
Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 10 minutes or until the cookies are set and slightly golden.
