🧾 Ingredients

  • Banana: 1 unit

  • Protein powder: 1 oz / 30 gr.

  • Almond flour: 1 oz / 30 gr.

  • Corn flakes: 1.5 oz / 45 gr.

  • Organic eggs: 1 unit

  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork until smooth.

  2. Add the protein powder, almond flour, corn flakes, egg, and cinnamon. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Spoon the mixture into oven-safe cookie cutters on a baking tray.

  4. Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 10 minutes or until the cookies are set and slightly golden.
