🧾 Ingredients

  • Tofu: 7 oz / 200 gr.

  • Asparagus: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.

  • Onion: 1 unit

  • Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon

  • Onion powder: 1 tablespoon

  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Nutritional yeast: 1 tablespoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat.

  2. Wash and cut the asparagus. Remove the fibrous base and add the asparagus to the pan.

  3. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the diced tofu.

  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric. Pour in a splash of water and let cook until it evaporates.

  5. Turn off the heat, add nutritional yeast, and mix everything well.
