Tofu: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Asparagus: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Onion: 1 unit
Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
Onion powder: 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Nutritional yeast: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Chop the onion and sauté it in a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat.
Wash and cut the asparagus. Remove the fibrous base and add the asparagus to the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes, then add the diced tofu.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric. Pour in a splash of water and let cook until it evaporates.
Turn off the heat, add nutritional yeast, and mix everything well.
