Apple: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Egg whites: 5 fl oz / 150 ml
👨🍳 Instructions
Grate the apple finely and place it in a bowl.
Add the egg whites and mix until fully combined.
Microwave on medium power for 6 minutes, or bake at 180ºC/350ºF for about 30 minutes, until set.
Let cool at room temperature before serving. Optionally, top with cinnamon or chopped nuts.
