🧾 Ingredients

  • Apple: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.

  • Egg whites: 5 fl oz / 150 ml


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Grate the apple finely and place it in a bowl.

  2. Add the egg whites and mix until fully combined.

  3. Microwave on medium power for 6 minutes, or bake at 180ºC/350ºF for about 30 minutes, until set.

  4. Let cool at room temperature before serving. Optionally, top with cinnamon or chopped nuts.
