🍏 Apple Cake

A simple and cozy apple cake, moist and naturally sweet — perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 150 g apple (about 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped)

  • 90 g oat flour (approx. 3 oz)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 80 ml soy yogurt (approx. 2.5 fl oz)


Instructions

  1. Blend: In the hand blender's cup, combine the apple, oat flour, baking powder, and soy yogurt. Blend until smooth.

  2. Microwave: Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container that has been lightly greased.

  3. Cook: Microwave for 2 minutes. If needed, add extra time until the cake puffs up and sets.

  4. Cool: Let it cool to room temperature.

  5. Serve: Add your favorite toppings such as nut butter, cinnamon, or sliced apples.
