These zucchini chips are light, low-carb, and satisfyingly crispy. Perfect as a snack or a healthy side dish!


🛠 Kitchen Tools

  • Grater

  • Cheesecloth

  • Oven


📋 Ingredients

Serves 2–3

  • Zucchini: 7 oz / 200 gr.

  • Hard cheese (grated): 4 oz / 120 gr.


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  • Grate and drain the zucchiniGrate the zucchini and press it firmly using the cheesecloth to extract as much liquid as possible.

  • Mix with cheesePut the drained zucchini in a container and add the grated cheese. Mix well.

  • Form the chipsForm small dough balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled.

  • Flatten the chipsPress each ball evenly using the base of a glass wrapped in plastic film.

  • BakeCook in the oven at 180°C / 350ºF for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  • Cool and serveLet cool to room temperature before serving.

  • Serve with marinara or garlic dip

  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs or chili flakes

  • Pair with a light salad for a balanced snack
