📋 Ingredients
Serves 2–3
Zucchini: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Hard cheese (grated): 4 oz / 120 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
Grate and drain the zucchiniGrate the zucchini and press it firmly using the cheesecloth to extract as much liquid as possible.
Mix with cheesePut the drained zucchini in a container and add the grated cheese. Mix well.
Form the chipsForm small dough balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled.
Flatten the chipsPress each ball evenly using the base of a glass wrapped in plastic film.
BakeCook in the oven at 180°C / 350ºF for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Cool and serveLet cool to room temperature before serving.
