🧾 Ingredients
Egg whites: 10 fl oz / 300 ml
Protein powder: 1 oz / 30 gr.
Oat flour: 10 gr.
Baking soda: 10 fl oz / 300 gr.
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
Thyme: 1 teaspoon
👨🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Bring a frying pan to medium heat and add a little olive oil.
Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto the pan and shape it into a tortilla.
Cook until golden on both sides.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
