🧾 Ingredients

  • Egg whites: 10 fl oz / 300 ml

  • Protein powder: 1 oz / 30 gr.

  • Oat flour: 10 gr.

  • Baking soda: 10 fl oz / 300 gr.

  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Thyme: 1 teaspoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Bring a frying pan to medium heat and add a little olive oil.

  3. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto the pan and shape it into a tortilla.

  4. Cook until golden on both sides.

  5. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
