  • Cooked chickpeas: 100 g / 3.5 oz

  • Onion: 1 small unit, finely diced

  • Vegan mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon: 1 unit (juice only)

  • Nori seaweed: 2 sheets

  • Ground black pepper (optional): to taste

  • Mash the chickpeasIn a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or hand blender until mostly creamy with some texture.

  • Add the sea flavorGrind the nori sheets into a fine powder using a spice grinder or crumble them very finely by hand. Add to the chickpeas.

  • Combine the mixStir in the diced onion, vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper (if using).

  • Mix and tasteUse a spoon or spatula to fully integrate everything. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
