Onion: 1 small unit, finely diced
Vegan mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
Lemon: 1 unit (juice only)
Nori seaweed: 2 sheets

Mash the chickpeasIn a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or hand blender until mostly creamy with some texture.
