📋 Ingredients

Serves 2


  • Potatoes (peeled and cubed): 2 units

  • Garlic (minced): 1 clove

  • Vegan prawns or textured vegetables with shrimp flavor: 1 cup

  • Oregano: 1 teaspoon

  • Soy yogurt (unsweetened): 1 tablespoon

  • Curry powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh mint (finely chopped): 2 leaves

  • Olive oil, for cooking

  • Salt, to taste


👨‍🍳 Instructions


  • Steam the potatoesPeel and cube the potatoes. Steam them in a saucepan until fully tender. Set aside.

  • Sauté the garlic and prawnsIn a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden. Add the vegan prawns and oregano. Sauté until lightly browned.

  • Make the yogurt dressingIn a bowl, combine soy yogurt, curry powder, and chopped mint. Mix well and set aside.

  • Combine and serveIn a serving bowl or plate, mix the steamed potatoes with the sautéed prawns and garlic. Drizzle with the yogurt dressing and serve warm.
