Potatoes (peeled and cubed): 2 units
Garlic (minced): 1 clove
Vegan prawns or textured vegetables with shrimp flavor: 1 cup
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Soy yogurt (unsweetened): 1 tablespoon
Curry powder: 1 teaspoon
Fresh mint (finely chopped): 2 leaves
Olive oil, for cooking

👨🍳 Instructions
Steam the potatoesPeel and cube the potatoes. Steam them in a saucepan until fully tender. Set aside.
Sauté the garlic and prawnsIn a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden. Add the vegan prawns and oregano. Sauté until lightly browned.
