🧾 Ingredients
Vegetable mix: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Egg whites: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Wheat flour: 2 oz / 50 gr.
Garlic: 1 clove
👨🍳 Instructions
Sauté the vegetable mix with spices to taste. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the egg whites, wheat flour, and crushed garlic.
Mix well using a hand blender until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
Pour in the mixture to form a round wrap.
When it begins to cook, place the vegetable mix in the center.
Fold the sides over and gently flip to cook the other side.
Once golden and set, remove from the pan and serve.
