Seitan fillets: 2 portions
Fried tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce or tamari: 1 tablespoon
BBQ seasoning: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Boil the seitanIn a saucepan, boil the seitan fillets in water with half the soy sauce for 10 minutes. Drain and let them cool.
Make the marinadeIn a bowl, mix the fried tomato sauce, remaining soy sauce, and BBQ seasoning until smooth.
Coat the filletsDip the cooled seitan fillets into the marinade, coating both sides thoroughly.
Air fryPlace the coated fillets in the air fryer and cook at 200ºC / 390ºF for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
