🧾 Ingredients
Tofu: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Nutritional yeast: 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
Onion powder: 1 tablespoon
Bread crumbs: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Vegan milk: 3.5 fl oz / 100 ml
Tamari: 1 teaspoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Crumble the tofu and press it in a filter cloth to remove excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix the drained tofu with nutritional yeast and onion powder. You can also add spices like smoked paprika if desired.
Blend well. Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In one bowl, mix the soy milk and tamari.
In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with garlic powder and optional dried parsley.
Divide the tofu dough into portions and shape into nuggets.
Dip each nugget first in the milk mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the nuggets on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
