Smoke powder: 1 teaspoon
BBQ seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Tamari (or soy sauce): 1 teaspoon
White wine: 10 ml (about 2 teaspoons)
👨🍳 Instructions
Hydrate the proteinPlace the textured pea protein in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let it soak for 1 hour, then drain and squeeze out any excess moisture thoroughly.
Prepare the marinadeIn a separate bowl, combine the fried tomato sauce, smoke powder, BBQ seasoning, tamari, and white wine. Stir until smooth.
