  2. Mix until thickUse a hand blender or whisk to mix until fully smooth and thick.

  3. Add seeds (optional)For extra texture and flavor, fold in a spoonful of sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds.

  4. Pour and bakeTransfer the batter into a greased, air fryer-safe mold.Cook in the air fryer at 180°C / 350°F for 15 minutes, or until golden on top and set in the center.
