There's no added sugar, no frying in oil, and absolutely no guilt — just the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes, the earthy richness of oat flour, and the crunch of toasted nuts on top.
Baked in the air fryer, they’re quick to make and even quicker to disappear.

Cook the sweet potatoesSteam or microwave the sweet potatoes until soft — about 8–10 minutes if steaming or 5–6 minutes in the microwave (cut into chunks).

Mix the doughAdd the oat flour to the mashed sweet potato. Stir until a soft, uniform dough forms.(Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla for a spiced version.)
Shape the donutsWith damp hands, roll dough into small balls. Flatten slightly and make a hole in the center with your finger or a small spoon.

Air fry to perfectionLightly spray or brush the donuts with vegetable oil. Place them in the air fryer basket (not touching) and cook at 180ºC / 350ºF for 15 minutes.Check doneness — they should be golden and slightly firm. If needed, add 2–3 more minutes.
