  • Vegan milk (e.g. oat, almond, or soy): ⅓ cup (approx. 80 ml)

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon (approx. 7–8 g)

  • Whole wheat flour: 2 tablespoons (approx. 16 g)

  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Optional: A pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor

  1. Blend the batterAdd the banana, soy yogurt, vegan milk, cocoa powder, whole wheat flour, and baking powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, with no lumps. Let it rest for 2 minutes to thicken slightly.

  2. Cook the pancakesHeat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with a drizzle of oil. Pour small portions of the batter into the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side until bubbles form and edges lift. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until firm and golden.
