Ingredients

  • 20 g oat flour (approx. 1 oz)

  • 10 g protein powder (approx. 1/2 oz)

  • 10 g cocoa powder (approx. 1/2 oz)

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 50 ml dairy yogurt (approx. 2 oz)

  • Optional: sweetener of your choice


Instructions

  1. Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the yogurt and orange zest. Stir well.

  2. Add the dry ingredients: Add oat flour, protein powder, and cocoa powder to the mixture. Sweeten to taste and mix until smooth.

  3. Prepare the container: Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug or bowl with butter or oil.

  4. Microwave it: Pour the mixture into the container and microwave on high for 1 minute.

  5. Let it rest: Allow it to cool at room temperature for a few minutes. The texture will continue to set as it cools.
