Instructions
Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the yogurt and orange zest. Stir well.
Add the dry ingredients: Add oat flour, protein powder, and cocoa powder to the mixture. Sweeten to taste and mix until smooth.
Prepare the container: Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug or bowl with butter or oil.
Microwave it: Pour the mixture into the container and microwave on high for 1 minute.
