📋 Ingredients
Serves 2–4
Tofu: 100 g / 3.5 oz
Soy yogurt: 250 ml / 8.5 fl oz
Red pepper: 2 units
Gamba-flavored seasoning: 1 tablespoon
(Optional) Kala namak: a pinch
👨🍳 Instructions
Strain the yogurtPlace the soy yogurt into a cheesecloth and suspend over a bowl. Let it drain overnight in the fridge to thicken.
Roast the red peppersRoast the peppers in the oven at 180ºC / 350ºF for 15 minutes, or char them in a dry pan until softened and slightly blackened. Dice into small cubes.
Mix the baseTransfer the strained yogurt and diced roasted peppers into a bowl and stir to combine.
Add tofu and seasonCrumble the tofu into the mixture. Add the gamba-flavored seasoning and a pinch of kala namak if using. Mix well until evenly combined.
Chill before servingRefrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using. Serve cold.
