Rolled oats: ¾ cup (approx. 60 g)
Soy yogurt: ½ cup (approx. 120 ml)
Vanilla sweetener (or a few drops of vanilla + sweetener of choice): ½ teaspoon
Dark chocolate: 40 g / 1.5 oz (broken into pieces or chopped)
👨🍳 Instructions
Toast the oatsIn a dry frying pan over medium heat, toast the rolled oats for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly until lightly golden and aromatic. Let cool slightly.
Blend the baseIn a container or blender cup, combine the toasted oats, 4 strawberries, soy yogurt, and vanilla sweetener. Blend until creamy and smooth. Set aside.
Layer the strawberriesDice the remaining 3 strawberries into small pieces and place them at the bottom of a glass or jar.
Add the oat mixturePour the blended oat-strawberry mixture over the chopped strawberries, filling the glass.
Melt the chocolateIn a small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), gently melt the chocolate until smooth. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Top and chillDrizzle the melted chocolate over the oat mixture, spreading it into a thin layer to create a “chocolate shell” effect. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
