Ingredients
125 g / 4.5 oz strawberries (fresh or thawed from frozen)
200 g / 7 oz vegan milk (e.g. oat, almond, or soy)
30 g / 1 oz dehydrated dates (soaked if needed for easier blending)
Instructions
Blend the ingredients: In a hand blender or high-powered blender, combine the strawberries, vegan milk, and dates. Blend until smooth and uniform.
Fill the molds: Pour the mixture into ice cream molds. If using popsicle molds, insert the sticks.
Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
