A Fruity, Protein-Boosted Treat That's as Pretty as It Is Delicious

This Strawberry Ice Cream is a quick, nutritious frozen dessert made with real fruit and a creamy protein kick. It’s the perfect solution for summer cravings, offering a naturally sweet, berry-packed flavour that comes together in minutes. Refreshing, simple, and full of colour, this treat is ideal for kids and adults alike.


Kitchen Tools

  • Hand blender

  • Freezer-safe container


Ingredients

  • 30 ml / 1 fl oz dairy milk (or plant-based alternative)

  • 30 g / 1 oz protein powder (vanilla or berry-flavoured works well)

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries


Instructions

  1. Blend the base: Add the milk, protein powder, and strawberries into the hand blender container.

  2. Process until smooth: Blend thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

  3. Freeze and serve: Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for a few hours. If it becomes too solid, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.


Serving Ideas

  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or mint

  • Drizzle with honey or melted dark chocolate

  • Serve in cones or layered into parfaits


Storage

Keep frozen and consume within 3–4 days. Allow to soften before serving.
