🧾 Ingredients
Wheat flour: 10.5 oz / 300 gr.
Spinach: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Cherry tomato: 6 units
Garlic: 3 cloves
Basil: 2.5 oz / 80 gr.
Olive oil: 1.5 fl oz / 40 ml
👨🍳 Instructions
Add the flour, spinach, and olive oil to the hand blender glass.
If the consistency isn't kneadable, add more olive oil.
Press the dough into a ball, use a rolling pin to roll it out, and then cut it into strips.
Cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water.
In a frying pan, heat more olive oil over low heat, add the crushed garlic cloves and basil leaves.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook gently.
Add the cooked pasta and stir until everything is well combined.
