🧾 Ingredients
Soy milk: 1 cup
Nutritional yeast: 3 tablespoons
Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
👨🍳 Instructions
In a pot with plenty of water, cook the soybeans until they're soft.
Transfer the soybeans to a blender, add the nutritional yeast, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, ½ cup of water and salt to taste.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the preparation and cook until you get a very thick consistency.
At this point, add your preferred spices.
Mix a bit more and remove from heat.
Grease a mold with a little vegetable oil.
Pour the mixture into the mold, let it cool at room temperature and refrigerate for 1 hour.
