🧾 Ingredients
Cashews: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Vegan milk: 7 fl oz / 200 ml
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Lemon: 1 unit
Garlic: 2 cloves
Nutritional yeast: 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
Miso: 1 teaspoon
Smoke powder: 1 tablespoon
Agar-Agar: 3 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
Give the cashews a night's soak.
Rinse, drain, and add to the blender.
Include the plant-based milk, oil, lemon, nutritional yeast, smoke powder, oregano, garlic, and a teaspoon of salt.
After thoroughly whisking, set aside.
Heat the water and agar agar in a bowl over the fire until they begin to boil.
Stirring for five minutes, gradually add the reserved mixture and stir until a thick cream forms.
Once the heat is off, move the mixture to a glass bowl and let it cool.
Refrigerate it.
