🧾 Ingredients

  • Tofu: 17.5 oz / 500 gr.

  • Onion: 1 unit

  • Dried tomatoes: 6 units

  • Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon

  • Smoke powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Nutritional yeast: 1 tablespoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into squares and sauté over medium heat in a frying pan.

  2. Once tender, add the dried tomatoes (sliced into strips).

  3. Stir in garlic powder, smoke powder, and a small pinch of turmeric if available.

  4. Crumble the tofu into small pieces and add to the pan.

  5. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

  6. Finish by stirring in the nutritional yeast and any extra spices you enjoy.
