Tofu: 17.5 oz / 500 gr.
Onion: 1 unit
Dried tomatoes: 6 units
Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
Smoke powder: 1 teaspoon
Nutritional yeast: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Cut the onion into squares and sauté over medium heat in a frying pan.
Once tender, add the dried tomatoes (sliced into strips).
Stir in garlic powder, smoke powder, and a small pinch of turmeric if available.
Crumble the tofu into small pieces and add to the pan.
Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Finish by stirring in the nutritional yeast and any extra spices you enjoy.
