🧾 Ingredients
Tapioca starch: 3 teaspoons
Plant-based milk: 3/4 cup
Avocado oil: 1 tablespoon
Agar Agar: 1 tablespoon
Nutritional yeast: 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Onion powder: 1 tablespoon
Rosemary: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Dissolve the tapioca starch in 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.
Heat a pot over medium heat, add all the ingredients except the tapioca starch.
Stir constantly until integrated and cook for 3 minutes.
When the mixture starts to boil, add the tapioca starch, stir well and cook for 1 more minute.
Grease a mold with a little truffle oil.
Pour the preparation into the mold, let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for 2 hours.
