Red pepper: 1 unit
Carrot: 1 unit
Zucchini: 1/2 unit
Peas: 1 can
Basmati rice: 1 cup

Cook the ricePut the basmati rice in a pot with water and cook according to package instructions.
SautƩ the vegetablesCut the red pepper and carrot into cubes and sautƩ them in a pan with a little vegetable oil and paprika, until softened and integrated.
Add zucchiniChop the zucchini into medium pieces and add it to the pan. Season with salt and spices to your liking (recommended: garlic powder, ginger, cumin, and curry).
Mix in rice and peasOnce the rice is cooked, add it to the pan with the sautƩed vegetables. Add the peas and stir well.
Finish with cream (optional)Reduce heat to low and add 1 tablespoon of coconut cream, if using. Stir for another minute.
Let it restTurn off the heat and let the dish rest at room temperature before serving.
