š§¾ Ingredients
Oatmeal: 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Psyllium: 1 teaspoon
Flax flour: 1 teaspoon
Onion: 1/4 unit
Carrot: 1 unit
Tofu: 7 oz / 200 gr
Rice (cooked): 1 cup
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
šØāš³ Instructions
Cook the rice using 2 cups of water per cup of traditional rice or 3 cups for brown rice. Let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, garlic powder, psyllium, flax flour, and your preferred spices.
Add the onion and carrot, chopped into pieces, and blend using a hand blender.
Add the tofu pieces and blend again until well incorporated.
Add the cooked rice and blend until the mixture is dense and easy to shape.
With wet hands, form small snack-sized bites.
Place the bites on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
Bake at 195°C (380°F) for 10 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature before serving.
