🧾 Ingredients

  • Puff pastry: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.

  • Scallion: 2 oz / 50 gr.

  • Dried oregano: 3 gr.

  • Vegan cheese: 2 oz / 50 gr.

  • Cane syrup: 1/2 fl oz / 20 ml

  • Olive oil: 2 fl oz / 50 ml


šŸ‘Øā€šŸ³ Instructions

  1. Finely slice the scallions and cut the vegan cheese into small pieces.

  2. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles (approx. 5 x 6 cm).

  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. On the parchment, place a bit of olive oil, some scallions, cheese pieces, a pinch of oregano, and a small drizzle of cane syrup.

  5. Top with a puff pastry rectangle and press the edges together to seal.

  6. Bake at 180ĀŗC/350ĀŗF for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
