Puff pastry: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Scallion: 2 oz / 50 gr.
Dried oregano: 3 gr.
Vegan cheese: 2 oz / 50 gr.
Cane syrup: 1/2 fl oz / 20 ml
Olive oil: 2 fl oz / 50 ml
šØāš³ Instructions
Finely slice the scallions and cut the vegan cheese into small pieces.
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles (approx. 5 x 6 cm).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
On the parchment, place a bit of olive oil, some scallions, cheese pieces, a pinch of oregano, and a small drizzle of cane syrup.
Top with a puff pastry rectangle and press the edges together to seal.
Bake at 180ĀŗC/350ĀŗF for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
