  • Protein powder (vanilla or neutral flavor): 25 g (approx. 0.9 oz)

  • Zucchini: 70 g / 2.5 oz (grated or chopped)

  • Vanilla extract: 3 ml (about ½ teaspoon)

For the chocolate cream filling:

  • Protein powder (chocolate or neutral): 10 g (about 1 tablespoon)

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 3 g (about 1 teaspoon)

  • Water: just enough to form a smooth paste (start with 1 tablespoon and adjust)


👨‍🍳 Instructions


  1. Prepare the crepe batterIn a bowl or blender container, combine the egg whites, oat flour, 25 g of protein powder, zucchini, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth and fully integrated.

  2. Cook the crepesHeat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with a bit of oil. Pour a thin layer of the batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, flipping once the edges lift and the center sets. Repeat with remaining batter.

  3. Make the chocolate creamIn a small mug or bowl, mix 10 g protein powder, cocoa powder, and a splash of water. Stir until you get a thick, spreadable cream. Add more water drop by drop if needed – it should resemble a smooth ganache.

  4. Assemble and serveOnce the crepes have cooled slightly, spread a spoonful of the chocolate cream inside each one and roll or fold as desired. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for a chilled treat.
