Potatoes: 1 unit
Carrot: 1 unit
Olive oil: 1.5 fl oz / 50 ml
Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
Onion powder: 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Nutritional yeast: 4 tablespoons
👨🍳 Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots.
Cut into squares and bring to a boil in water. Half of the cooking water should be saved.
Once they become soft, mash them along with the remaining ingredients until they form a creamy texture.
Keep it chilled, in a covered container.
