Cook the potato using one of these methods: steam, boiling water, or microwave—your choice.
Grate both the cooked potato and cheese.
Mix together until a dough forms. Add salt and your favorite spices to taste.
Form small balls with your hands and place them on a tray. Lightly brush or spray them with olive oil.
Air fry at 180°C/350ºF for 12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
