🧾 Ingredients

  • Hard cheese: 3.5 oz / 100 gr

  • Potatoes: 1 unit


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the potato using one of these methods: steam, boiling water, or microwave—your choice.

  2. Grate both the cooked potato and cheese.

  3. Mix together until a dough forms. Add salt and your favorite spices to taste.

  4. Form small balls with your hands and place them on a tray. Lightly brush or spray them with olive oil.

  5. Air fry at 180°C/350ºF for 12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  6. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
