  • Oat flour: 3.5 oz / 100 gr

  • Cream cheese: 3.5 oz / 100 gr


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese and flour together until a kneadable consistency is achieved.

  2. Roll out the pastry.

  3. Bake for five minutes at 190°C/375ºF.

  4. Once that time has passed, take out and add your preferred toppings (cheese, vegetables, olives).

  5. Continue baking for a few minutes.
