Green peas: 3 cups
Dried oregano: 1 unit
👨🍳 Instructions
Soak the peas for at least two hours.
Drain and blend with 3 1/2 cups of water. At this point, add spices to your liking.
Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat until creamy.
Turn off the heat, let it sit at room temperature for at least an hour.
Pour the mixture into a greased container and refrigerate for a couple of hours to harden.
