🧾 Ingredients

  • Pasta: 2.5 oz / 80 gr.

  • Garlic: 4 cloves

  • Onion: 1/4 unit

  • Red pepper: 1/2 unit

  • Cheese-flavored seasoning: 2 tablespoons


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in a pot. Refer to the packaging for the correct time.

  2. While the pasta cooks, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Add the garlic (sliced) and sauté until it turns golden brown.

  4. Add the chopped onion and red pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes until softened.

  5. Season with salt and oregano (optional).

  6. Lower the heat, then add the cooked pasta and a splash of the cooking water.

  7. Stir in the cheese-flavored seasoning and mix everything well.

  8. Cook for one more minute to combine, then serve warm.
