Creamy, garlicky, and satisfying – a plant-based twist on a classic favorite!

🧾 Ingredients

  • Tofu: 7 oz / 200 gr.

  • Corn flour: 2 tablespoons

  • Nutritional yeast: 4 tablespoons

  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Vegan milk: 13.5 fl oz / 400 ml

  • Garlic: 3 cloves

  • Pasta: 8 oz / 250 gr.


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tofu, corn flour, vegan milk, nutritional yeast (or vegan Parmesan), garlic powder, and salt to taste.

  2. Blend thoroughly until smooth and creamy.

  3. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic cloves with a bit of oil until fragrant.

  4. Add the blended mixture to the pan and stir until it thickens.

  5. Meanwhile, cook your pasta in a pot of boiling water according to package instructions.

  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.
