🧾 Ingredients
Tofu: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Corn flour: 2 tablespoons
Nutritional yeast: 4 tablespoons
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Vegan milk: 13.5 fl oz / 400 ml
Garlic: 3 cloves
Pasta: 8 oz / 250 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, combine tofu, corn flour, vegan milk, nutritional yeast (or vegan Parmesan), garlic powder, and salt to taste.
Blend thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
In a pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic cloves with a bit of oil until fragrant.
Add the blended mixture to the pan and stir until it thickens.
Meanwhile, cook your pasta in a pot of boiling water according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.
