1 tablespoon nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut)
Instructions
Make the flour: In a bowl, combine the oatmeal and baking powder. Use a hand blender to grind into a fine flour.
Prepare the batter: Add the banana and vegan milk to the bowl. Blend everything together until you get a smooth, thick batter.
Layer the flavors: Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan. Add a layer of papaya slices and a swirl of nut butter. Repeat with the remaining batter, papaya, and nut butter.
