30 g protein powder (approx. 1 oz)
2 g baking powder (approx. 1/2 tsp)
1/2 orange (with peel)
10 ml olive oil (approx. 2 tsp)
Optional: sweetener of your choice
Instructions
Blend the citrus base: In a mixing container, add half an orange (with the peel) and the olive oil. If you'd like it sweeter, add your preferred sweetener. Blend thoroughly using a hand blender until smooth.
Add dry ingredients: Incorporate the oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Stir or blend again until a uniform batter forms.
Prepare your mold: Lightly grease your loaf pan or muffin molds and pour in the batter.
Bake in air fryer: Place the mold in the air fryer and cook at 175°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Cool and serve: Let the cake rest at room temperature before serving. The citrus aroma and moist texture will win you over at first bite!
