Egg whites: 160 ml / 5.5 fl oz (approx. 5 egg whites)
Baking soda: 3 g (about ½ teaspoon)
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
Chia seeds: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: for greasing the pan
Salt & pepper: to taste (optional)

Mix the batterIn a bowl, combine the oat flour, egg whites, baking soda, onion powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt and pepper (if using). Stir until fully combined — the batter will be thin but cohesive.
Cook the breadHeat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Pour in the batter and tilt the pan slightly to spread it out into a round, pancake-like shape.
Flip and finishCook for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully set in the center. Flip carefully and cook the second side until done.
